engraflexx LC-UR (reverse acting version)
The core element of the engraflexx LC-UR tool type is the axially movable mounted tool spindle.
Unlike the LC-U version, the spindle is pre-tensioned axially under tension with this tool type, i.e. it is retracted in the starting position.
The axial spindle pre-tension force is continuously adjustable to the respective situation using the adjustable sleeve, with repeatable setting using the engraved scale. An extremely wide adjustment range for the different usage cases can be covered by the additional adjusting facility in the tool spindle.
The tool is mainly used for the deburring of reworked housing breakthroughs and bottom workpiece edges with position differences in the axial and/or radial direction.

Deburring of undefined edges on any workpieces
with deviating or not clearly defined rear edges.
