Special milling cutter with integrated workpiece stop

Milling cutters with integrated workpiece stop are used in conjunction with the tool types engraflexx EC- or ESP- and SX with a laterally deflectable spindle.

The main area of application is the deburring or reworking of workpieces, where there are increased demands, such as:

• Precise milling of protruding material residues or burrs without damaging the actual workpiece contour
• Milling of minimal, often narrowly tolerated chamfers
• Milling of larger, dimensionally accurate chamfers
• Milling of seamless radii

Depending on the requirements, the milling cutters are fitted with ball bearings or rotating stop pins as stop elements.
