The core element of the engraflexx EC-S tool type is the radially deflecting tool spindle, which is held in a central position by a pre-tensioned spring mechanism. When the workpiece contour deviates, the deburring cutter automatically positions itself at the workpiece edge so that the component can be effectively deburred. This means that each workpiece is automatically generating an even deburring independently of any dimensional or position deviations.
The engraflexx EC-S deburring tool is ideal for removing larger burrs.
Applications
Milling machines, machining centers, automatic lathes, custom systems, etc. (no additional installations required)
