colibri DW

Colibri DW is a compact, small tool that is very well suited for light machining. It is the entry-level model for automated deburring of geometrically deviating contours. The core element of the colibri DW tool is the axially flexible tool spindle in both directions, for front side and reverse deburring.

Due to the concentrically guided spindle, no special actions need to be taken regarding maximum revolutions limit. The axial spindle preload force can be stepless adjusted. This can be done directly through the collet chuck of the tool spindle using an Allen-key for both directions, even when the colibri is mounted in tool holder.

The colibri DW is the entry-level tool for light forward and reverse deburring.
