Due to the flexible spindle, the deburring cutter always presses automatically with constant force against the workpiece edge, whereby even cast, forged or flame-cut parts with deviating contours are deburred evenly.

The axial movement of the spindle in combination with the laterally stable bearing allows very versatile applications for deburring tasks, as well as finishing, levelling or polishing in a wide variety of areas.
Deburring tool engraflexx with axially displaceable, double-sided spring-loaded spindle (tension and compression) for use on CNC machines and robots. Equipped with the appropriate tools, this allows top and bottom workpiece areas with dimensional or positional deviations to be machined in a single operation.
